Laboratory Corporation of America Regional Manager, Business Development - Atlanta, GA in Tucker, Georgia
Territory includes: Atlanta, and the surrounding metro areas
Responsibilities include:
Leadership and management of sales team and the attainment of a regional revenue budget
Management of new sales growth targets and test initiatives while working in the field a minimum of 3.5 days per week
Responsible for driving incremental, year over year growth in Atlanta and the surrounding metro areas and via individuals on team
Responsible for building high performance teams (able to identify and develop talent/high potentials, inspire and motivate teams, focus team on top priorities)
Responsible for knocking down barriers for the team to assist in their success
Building trust and relationships effectively and across all levels, departments, and with customers
Requirements
License/Certification/Education:
Normally B.S. Degree required w/5-7 years of experience.
Normally requires a Valid Driver's License along with a clean driving record.

Healthcare / Laboratory industry experience
Sales experience (proven track record)
