Territory includes: Atlanta, and the surrounding metro areas

Responsibilities include:

• Leadership and management of sales team and the attainment of a regional revenue budget

• Management of new sales growth targets and test initiatives while working in the field a minimum of 3.5 days per week

• Responsible for driving incremental, year over year growth in Atlanta and the surrounding metro areas and via individuals on team

• Responsible for building high performance teams (able to identify and develop talent/high potentials, inspire and motivate teams, focus team on top priorities)

• Responsible for knocking down barriers for the team to assist in their success

• Building trust and relationships effectively and across all levels, departments, and with customers

Requirements

License/Certification/Education:

• Normally B.S. Degree required w/5-7 years of experience.

• Normally requires a Valid Driver's License along with a clean driving record.

Required Experience

• Demonstrated effective leadership

• Healthcare / Laboratory industry experience

• Sales experience (proven track record)
