Responsibilities include:

  • Assigns, oversees, and reviews the work of employees.

  • Directs all phases of work, quality, service, and costs; and performs lab support functions

  • Primarily supervisory duties related to general supervision of staff including, interviewing, hiring, orientation of new staff, competency assessment, performance management, etc.

  • Responsible for scheduling to ensure adequate coverage of shift. In addition, may be required to cover bench as staffing situations dictate, therefore must remain competent in all technical aspects of the position.

Requirements

  • Normally requires 3-5 years of experience in related field.

  • Supervisory experience required.

  • Normally requires a Valid Driver's License along with a clean driving record.
