Labcorp Sr Reporting Analyst in Tampa, Florida

LabCorp is seeking a Senior Reporting Analyst to join a commercial operations team dedicated to empowering a leading sales organization with insight generation to drive the adoption of critical diagnostic testing to improve the health and lives of patients. In addition, this role will have responsibility to architect and automate new and existing manual report processes, and supplement our sales organization's effectiveness of strategic initiatives through better customer targeting. This position will be located in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Design, automate, create and distribute reports & dashboards on weekly, monthly and quarterly frequency.

  • Build and implement reporting quality controls & automation to enhance efficiencies.

  • Support the design and publishing of targeting tools for customer segmentation, sales campaigns and other commercial initiatives.

  • Partner with sales leaders to optimize visualization of KPIs for sales effectiveness visualization.

  • Partner with inside and field sales representatives on data sets to support customer needs as required.

  • Create and publish financial reports to support M&A and regional and divisional territory visualizations as required.

  • Partner with sales leaders to conduct sales training workshops on analytic tools as necessary.


License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a:

  • Bachelor's degree; Advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive responsibilities in software development, financial analytic or sales/marketing insight generation role.

  • Proven ability in putting together complex data sets in Excel, Access and SQL required.

  • Previous experience automating reporting and developing in SQL for SQL server application highly preferred.

  • Track record of strong performance and agility

  • Experience working, collaborating and communicating with key leaders

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong working knowledge of MS SQL, SQL Server, Access, Excel and VBA.

  • Aptitude to rapidly learn other relevant tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SalesForce Einstein Analytics, etc.).

  • Aptitude to automate and create reporting efficiencies is a key criteria for this role.

  • High level of resourcefulness and problem solving skills are critical to this role.

  • Requires strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Ability to interface with executive management and field based personnel.

  • Ability to perform QC, analyze a multitude of different datasets and communicate findings in a clear and organized manner.
