Labcorp REMOTE - Sr Project Analyst in Seattle, Washington

The Senior Project Analyst will play a critical role within West Division IT. Specifically, the role will provide

support to the Senior Leaders and Project Management Group to ensure the department can focus on the 2021

goals & strategic initiatives:

Deliver Market Leading Service

  • Provide support for streamlining client onboarding by reviewing processes and establishingefficiencies for improved client experience.

  • Patients want everything to be fast. Technology helps you get there. Collaboration withmultifunctional project teams to enhance/refine existing processes by implementing technologysolutions to improve patient experience.Accelerate Growth

  • Focus on Innovation. Optimizing processes within IT will allow technical experts time to improveand expand our capabilities.Inspire and Engage Employees

  • Coordination of training and management of master control will allow leaders to invest inexisting talent.Improve Processes and Efficiencies

  • Increase organization effectiveness with digital tools, reports and continuous monitoring ofdepartmental KPIs for process improvements.

  • Amplify culture of performance and collaboration by partnering with corporate projectmanagement to ensure divisional alignment of resources to support corporate initiatives.

Requirements

License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a B.S. Degree in Computer Science w/ 5+ years experience.

  1. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with high quality deliverables.

  2. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

  3. Experience working with project teams to gather requirements, design, develop, test and maintain

reporting and analytic solutions.

  1. Ability to work independently and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.

  2. Attention to detail and multitasking skills.

  3. Strong Organizational skills.

  4. Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

  5. Must have the ability to build collaborative relationships.

  6. Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

Job Duties

Administrative Tasks:

  1. Strong communicator, comfortable speaking with executive levels in formal presentation settings.

  2. Manage multiple requests and priorities -- exercising judgment, and seeing beyond the day-to-day to

anticipate changing needs.

  1. Monthly expenses reconciliation and processing.

  2. Deliver timely, accurate and informative analyses and reports to business partners to support West IT

operations.

Analytics Tasks:

  1. Proactively identify performance trends and identifies insights in data supporting IT Optimization

initiatives.

  1. Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.

  2. Cross-trains with other team members to support department reporting needs and to collaborate on

team projects.

  1. Maintains documentation related to reporting deliverables, reporting systems, and analytic solutions.

  2. Uses a working knowledge of business processes, understanding of specific data sources, and analysis

skills to complete adhoc analysis requests.

Project Support Tasks:

  1. Special project coordination requiring follow-up and meeting of deadlines.

  2. Implements process improvements to reduce manual efforts and delivery quality results in all

reporting deliverables.

  1. Drive the evolution of solutions and ensure they meet requirements.

  2. Performs other duties as assigned
