Perform all routine analyses in assigned areas, applying knowledge of techniques, principles, quality control, theory and instrumentation. Apply knowledge of: test interdependency and physiological conditions affecting test results, critical results limits, normal ranges and/or toxic or therapeutic ranges, to ensure accuracy. Recognize, troubleshoot and initiate corrective action for most routine problems in a timely manner. Carry out supervisor's directives. Act in the best interests of patient care and Dynacare laboratories.
License/Certification/Education: This position requires a Medical Technologist Degree or equivalent and ASCP certification as a Medical Lab Technician or Medical Technologist or other equivalent certification as a Technologist w/1-3 years experience in a Clinical Laboratory. NRT applicants require Bachelor's of Science degree with 1-3 years experience working as a Technician.
Monday-Friday 8:00pm - 4:30am
