Labcorp Director of Commercial Analytics and Strategy in San Diego, California
LabCorp is seeking a Director of Commercial Analytics and Strategy to lead efforts in developing and implementing regional growth strategies including divisional lead generation and communication plan working in collaboration with multiple stakeholders across LabCorp. This position will be located in San Diego, CA.
Strategy Development and Implementation:
Market Analysis: Understand, analyze and develop meaningful market assessments that informs go-to-market strategy and solutions development
Customer Voice: Drive comprehensive understanding of regional customer needs and priorities to provide accurate and actionable customer voice to guide decision making
Competitive Analysis: Own divisional competitive intelligence gathering and insight generation to anticipate competitive threats and opportunities
Regionalization and Customization: Develop regional approach to implement global market and test launch plans including regional segmentation, targeting, positioning and lifecycle management
Partner with Leadership and corporate team to develop and implement regional and segment strategies
Ensure division customer needs are well represented in developing overall LabCorp marketing strategy
Demand Generation and Communication:
Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to accelerate divisional growth
Thought Leadership: Identify key opinion leaders and work with the team to develop influence strategy
Sales Collateral: Evaluate field needs, define and implement requirements for sales collateral that powerfully communicates the value proposition
Partner with MarCom team to develop and implement divisional communication plan and sales collateral
Partner closely with leadership, marketing and MarCom at division and enterprise level to align and execute throughout the organization
Ensure divisional customer needs are well represented in developing overall LabCorp marketing strategy
Bachelor's degree in relevant field and minimum of 7 years' experience in strategic marketing, market research, Competitive Intelligence or commercial strategy roles. MBA degree preferred.
Experience in healthcare or life sciences industry
Proven experience in building and implementing marketing and communication plan
Excellent business acumen, strategic planning, analytics, communication, project management, and change management skills.
Prior experience managing programs or projects with proven success.
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
