Laboratory Corporation of America IT Customer Service Rep in Phoenix, Arizona
The main duty of this position is to perform Fallout resolution for reporting result failures to customer fax.
Position will contact clients to verify contact information for resending results.
Must have the ability to research and troubleshoot communications routes and coordinate remediation of issues with multiple parties. This includes professional communication by phone and e-mail with clients and sales.
Secondary duties can include:
Maintaining equipment inventory
Assisting the Divisional Help Desk with call resolution.
Must have the willingness to learn different computer systems, databases, software and programs.
License/Certification/Education: Normally an Associate's Degree in Computer Science w/3-5 years of experience.
Knowledge of PCs, laser and label printers, monitors and other computer equipment are a plus.
Familiarity with internal customer systems such as LCLS is preferred.
