Laboratory Corporation of America IT Customer Service Rep in Phoenix, Arizona

  • The main duty of this position is to perform Fallout resolution for reporting result failures to customer fax.

  • Position will contact clients to verify contact information for resending results.

  • Must have the ability to research and troubleshoot communications routes and coordinate remediation of issues with multiple parties. This includes professional communication by phone and e-mail with clients and sales.

  • Secondary duties can include:

  • Maintaining equipment inventory

  • Computerized databases

  • Calendars

  • Ticketing systems

  • Assisting the Divisional Help Desk with call resolution.

  • Must have the willingness to learn different computer systems, databases, software and programs.

Requirements

License/Certification/Education: Normally an Associate's Degree in Computer Science w/3-5 years of experience.

Preferred Requirements:

Knowledge of PCs, laser and label printers, monitors and other computer equipment are a plus.

Familiarity with internal customer systems such as LCLS is preferred.
