Laboratory Corporation of America Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, Arizona
Addresses and evaluates internal and external client inquiries, concerns, and trends.Serves as client liaison for all medical, technical, sales, and support services.Documents client documentation and patient records.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree desired but not required
3+ years' experience in a customer service role
Must be courteous with a passion for providing excellent customer service
Two or more years working in a fast paced and structured work environment required
Two or more years working in a contact center/call center environment highly desired
Experience in the healthcare industry, in a customer-facing role, such as a physician's office or hospital highly desired
General knowledge of Microsoft Office required
Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems and/or Laboratory Information Systems a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
