Thursday, July 26, 2018 from 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM at our main lab in Overland Park, KS.

7800 W. 110th Street Overland Park, KS (corner of Lowell and 110th street).

No Appointment Necessary

The primary function of this position is to unpack and enter all data accompanying the specimens received at the laboratory to begin the testing process. Specifically job duties include:

  • Handling/Processing/Centrifugation of laboratory specimens, primarily blood and urine specimens, but all human specimens can be handled.

  • Data entry of specimen information in a measured production environment

  • Extended sitting or standing for up to 4 hour intervals, for an 8 hour shift, plus required overtime

  • Very fast paced environment with metrics to meet each night once trained

  • Daily overtime required as needed

  • Must meet productivity standards after 90 days of employment

  • Must show up on time each working night.

  • May require carrying, lifting (up to 25 pounds) reaching, grasping, and fine manipulation with two hands, flexibility, and multi-tasking skills

Requirements

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of experience basic work experience with experience in a repetitive environment preferred.

  • Enjoy working independently within a team

  • Detail oriented

  • Must complete and pass a 5 minute timed data entry test at the time of online application

Monday through Friday 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM with an average of 5 hours of overtime per week
