Labcorp Internal Account Specialist in Overland Park, Kansas
This position will manage customer base with revenues. Responsibilities include growing the account, researching and resolving issues related to report transmissions, specimen flow and turnaround time, accounts receivable, supplies, general information, etc.
License/Certification/Education: Normally B.S. Degree preferred w/1-3 years of experience in customer service - preferably in the medical/healthcare industry and knowledge of medical terminology. Experience working in a call-center handling a large volume of calls or experience working in a medical field. This position will be located out of a site in the Overland Park or Kansas City area.
