Laboratory Corporation of America Customer Service Team Leader in Morrisville, North Carolina
The Occupational Testing Services division is seeking a Team Lead in the Strategic Initiatives department.
The primary purpose for this position will be to assist with day-to-day operations of the global services scheduling and wellness departments.
Responsibilities include organizing daily workload of employees; assisting with training & development; scheduling departmental coverage; troubleshooting & resolving issues (for colleagues and clients); working with client base in managing day-to-day tasks; providing feedback to the department supervisor
Responsible for reviewing and assigning work
Performs administrative duties as needed for successful operation of the departments
Assists with reports and other tasks as needed
License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, but prefer an Associates Degree in related field w/2-5 years of job-related experience.
Must have customer service experience, preferably in the medical/healthcare industry
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with medical terminology is strongly preferred.
Monday - Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm
