Laboratory Corporation of America HR Specialist in Louisville, Kentucky

  • Validates all source documents for accuracy and completion for data input

  • Verifies data imported from recruiting system for new hires, rehires and transfers

  • Regularly generates and reviews HR and Payroll reports

  • Determine local tax jurisdictions

  • Validates and enters employees federal, state and local tax

  • Analyze and submit payroll forms for adjustments

  • Determine applicability of employee transfers

  • Utilizes established knowledge tool database to insure processes and procedures are followed

  • Performs administrative duties as assigned by Associate Director

  • Evaluate and streamline processes

Requirements

License/Certification/Education: The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR with a strong knowledge of HRIS systems.

  • Be a critical thinker

  • Ability to analyze data

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong attention to detail
