As a phlebotomy supervisor, you will supervise the activities of 15-20 phlebotomists in a hospital setting, according to established policies and procedures. Responsible for monitoring wait times, ensures patient satisfaction at both Patient Service Centers and physician's offices, partner with sales and management team members to ensure client satisfaction, complete performance reviews, time-keeping, partner with human resources members for employee related issues, ensure that all employees meet training and certification requirements, help with new location set-ups, manage vacation requests, and other assigned duties.

Requirements

License/Certification/Education: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Position requires previous supervisory experience with 1-3 years overseeing 15-20 employees in multiple locations, preferably in a healthcare setting. Requires a Valid Driver's License along with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a standardized color vision test. Strong time management and organizational skills a must.
