Laboratory Corporation of America Technologist Customer Service Representative - Phoenix, AZ in Houston, Texas
Acts as a technical reference within the Customer Service Department while functioning as a liaison between LabCorp and its accounts in response to inquiries and problems. Evaluates new procedures on methods under direct supervision of department supervisor or group leader. Assist in training and orientation of personnel as assigned.
The Technician/Technologist Customer Service Rep will be responsible for communicating with our Hospital clientele, answering incoming calls, providing requested information, researching and resolving problems, finding sources for send-out testing, working with minor interface issues, and working closely with other departments in the laboratory. Prior technical laboratory experience strongly preferred and must be available to rotate weekends/holidays and evenings/nights as required.
This position is 3rd shift, Sun, Mon, Fri, and Saturday: 3am-1:30pm
Requirements
License/Certification/Education: This position requires a Medical Technologist Degree w/2 years of experience.
