Laboratory Corporation of America Technician Customer Service Representative - Phoenix, AZ in Houston, Texas
Acts as a technical reference within the Customer Service Department while functioning as a liaison between LabCorp and its accounts in response to inquiries.
The Technician/Technologist Customer Service Rep will be responsible for communicating with our Hospital clientele, answering incoming calls, providing requested information, researching and resolving problems, finding sources for send-out testing, working with minor interface issues, and working closely with other departments in the laboratory. Prior technical laboratory experience strongly preferred and must be available to rotate weekends/holidays and evenings/nights as required.
This is a 2nd shift position, Sunday - Thursday: 4pm-1230am
License/Certification/Education: Medical Technician w/1-3 years applicable experience.
Sun - Thursday: 4pm-1230am
