Laboratory Corporation of America Customer Service Representative - Hollywood, FL in Hollywood, Florida
Serves as a liaison between LabCorp branches or regional laboratories and its customers in response to inquires and problems. Researches, troubleshoots and resolves customer problems. Performs a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties (i.e., payroll, paternity testing, billing, data entry, and phlebotomy).
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in high volume call center
Clinical laboratory testing, medical front or back office, phlebotomy or similar experience preferred
Passing score on data entry assessment required
Candidate must be bilingual
Monday - Friday, 9:30AM - 6:00PM with rotating Saturday
