Labcorp Senior IAM Project Analyst (Remote) in Durham, North Carolina

This Senior Project Analyst role will help execute the business operational tasks that aligns to application onboarding service for the business units into these platforms; and will provide various analytical, planning and organizational related tasks. Additionally, this position will assist with supporting the IAM function pertaining to corporate and department projects. This role will deliver daily exceptional individual leadership and perform as a team player.

Requirements

License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a B.S. Degree in Computer Science w/7+ years of experience.

Top Skills Details:

1.) Excellent analytical reasoning, thinking and problem solving. Ability to perform critical data analysis, develop and maintain status reporting, graphing, metrics, use cases, test scripts, and use of document repositories (Excel, Sharepoint, Confluence, vendor platforms, etc)

2.) Leadership. Experienced in serving as an individual leader, but functions seamlessly as a valued team player. Demonstrates initiative, drive, ability to work independently, identifies work and actions required to support the business objectives and executes accordingly.

3.) Experienced and skilled in planning, organization, prioritization, monitoring and gathering requirements for building and executing processes for IAM application onboarding. Detailed-oriented where it matters to support the larger deliverable, but able to successfully manage multiple priorities.

4.) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a service oriented mentality towards business unit partnerships. Ability to professionally represent IAM, our services and processes to our internal clients spanning our global enterprise.
