Laboratory Corporation of America Laboratory Training Coordinator in Dublin, Ohio

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Provide onboarding support for new and existing employees

  • Collaborate with technical supervisors and leadership for training and competency timelines

  • Assist those not meeting productivity metrics in order to improve their performance

  • Conduct trainings with respect and professionalism at all times

  • Document and track progress in a timely and accurate manner

  • Develop and implement appropriate resources and programs to accomplish onboarding objectives

  • Evaluate new, presently existing, and proposed onboarding materials and plans

  • Maintain logs and records for all onboarding conducted

  • Become well versed in company policies and procedures

  • Additional administrative tasks as needed


  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology or a related science

  • Previous technical experience in a clinical laboratory

  • Prior training or leadership experience is a plus

  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

  • Comfort with troubleshooting issues and providing potential solutions

  • High attention to detail with strong time management and organization skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize job tasks when necessary

  • Proficient in MS Office and Laboratory Information Systems

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • Flexibility with working hours for meetings and training




Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm)
