We are seeking a Customer Service Support Rep for our Specimen Referral department in Dublin, OH. This position will function as a generalist within the department and peform audits for sendout testing. Prior problem solving experience, ability to multitask and work well as part of a team and/or with limited supervision strongly preferred.
Job Duties include:
Functioning as a generalist in the Referral audit group
Performing audits for send out testing to various labs
Floating to cover where needed within audit group
Prior experience with 1100, LCLS and PROC strongly preferred
Daily overtime as required
License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent w/1-3 years of applicable experience.
Tuesday-Saturday, 2:00am to 10:30am; Rotating Sundays and Mondays
