We are looking for a Customer Service Support Representative in the Microbiology department of the Dublin laboratory. This position will provide customer service to our clients, as well as work alongside of the technical staff to assist in resolving specimen issues.
Job duties include:
Locating samples throughout the laboratory
Answering phone calls and answering client questions
Troubleshooting specimen issues
Operating Walk Away Specimen Plater (WASP) as needed
Daily overtime as needed
License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent w/1-3 years of applicable experience.
Sunday-Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
