We are seeking a Customer Service Support Representative for our Microbiology Department in Dublin.

Job duties include:

  • Processing specimens (plating specimens, running WASP instrument)

  • Problem resolution on problem specimens, including interacting with and taking calls from accounts and clients in regards to specimen issues

  • Working on pending specimens, and locating missing specimens and returning them back to the department.

  • Overtime as needed

Requirements

License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent w/1-3 years of applicable experience.

Friday-Monday, 6:00am to 4:30pm.
