We are seeking a Customer Service Support Representative for our Microbiology Department in Dublin.
Job duties include:
Processing specimens (plating specimens, running WASP instrument)
Problem resolution on problem specimens, including interacting with and taking calls from accounts and clients in regards to specimen issues
Working on pending specimens, and locating missing specimens and returning them back to the department.
Overtime as needed
License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent w/1-3 years of applicable experience.
Friday-Monday, 6:00am to 4:30pm.
