As a CSSR, your responsibilities/job duties include:
Serve as a liaison between LabCorp branches or regional laboratories and its customers in response to inquiries and problems
Research, troubleshoot and resolve customer problems
Perform a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties (i.e., payroll, paternity testing, billing, data entry, and phlebotomy)
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of applicable experience
7:00 am to 7:30 pm Friday through Sunday
