Laboratory Corporation of America Customer Service Representative - Accounts Payable - Burlington, NC in Burlington, North Carolina
Serves as a liaison between LabCorp branches, regional laboratories and/or its customers in response to inquires pertaining to invoices.
Researches, troubleshoots and resolves or via phone and email.
Update and maintain records adn files as required by the department and various regulatory agencies.
License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years customer service experience in an office environment.
Successful compleion of a Business Communication pre-screen computer base assessment
3+years customer service experience in an office environment.
Experience utilizing Peoplesoft Software
Experiene in MS Offie - Excel to create and update spreadsheets
Soft Skills Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong problem solving skills
Detail orientated with good organizational skills
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
