Job Description:

  • Serves as a liaison between LabCorp branches, regional laboratories and/or its customers in response to inquires pertaining to invoices.

  • Researches, troubleshoots and resolves or via phone and email.

  • Update and maintain records adn files as required by the department and various regulatory agencies.



  • License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years customer service experience in an office environment.

  • Successful compleion of a Business Communication pre-screen computer base assessment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree

  • 3+years customer service experience in an office environment.

  • Experience utilizing Peoplesoft Software

  • Experiene in MS Offie - Excel to create and update spreadsheets

Soft Skills Requirements:

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Multitasking ability

  • Detail orientated with good organizational skills
