Laboratory Corporation of America Associate Director Compensation in Burlington, North Carolina

Responsible for providing support in the overall strategy, design, implementation, communication, and administration of the organization's compensation programs to ensure market-competitiveness and best practices. The position is responsible for ensuring that compensation programs, policies and procedures support the organizations strategic objectives and they are in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures and all federal and state legal requirements. Oversees the Performance Management function. Serves as Lead Compensation Manager for key strategic compensation initiatives such as Executive Compensation and supporting key senior executives, officer nomination analytics, and operations and incentive pay plan development. Supports the acquisitions management team, global/international compensation management, provide consultation to operating divisions as required.


7 to 10 years of directly applicable experience in required compensation specialty. Bachelor's degree required and Masters preferred. CCP certification preferred.
