Laboratory Corporation of America Strategic Client Executive, LabCorp Employer Services in Bethesda, Maryland
Summary
The Strategic Client Executive is responsible for strengthening the firm's relationship with existing accounts while driving continuous service improvements with ultimate focus on business retention, upsell opportunities and cross sell within LabCorp. This role will have a primary focus on managed care/health plan clients, but may also have some direct to employer relationships. This role develops the strategy and approach to the service delivery built to support the overall health and wellbeing strategy of the consumer.
Lead and expand relationships with clients by creating strategies to help support client goals
Execute proactive, creative and ongoing contact initiatives
Work with employers, brokers, channel partners and health plans in partnership to create strategies and plans
Collaborate internally with all aspects of operational delivery to ensure excellence in executing promises made to clients
Develop and analyze reporting and actionable and delivery measurements for service among all functional areas responsible for delivering to clients
Support sales presentations
Influence client and internal timelines expectations and proactively negotiates with internal resources to delivery on promises made, SLA's and client expectations
May lead client success team
Develops staff on long term career development of resources

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Health Promotion, Exercise Science, Health Education, Health Communication, Public Health, Nutrition (preferred)
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Strong writing and editing skills
Minimum 7-12 years of relevant experience with requisite competencies
Strong ability to act autonomously on most decisions
Advanced business acumen and understanding of our competitive environment and corporate wide services and delivery
Advanced understanding of health and wellness strategies and delivery
Advanced understanding of business planning and execution
Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact successfully with the most senior members of a client's organization
Strong leadership and client relationship building skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills (primarily Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Highly detail-oriented writer, editor, and program manager
Skilled at managing multiple hard deadlines at once with a keen sense of prioritization
Solid grasp of the corporate wellness industry
