Requirements: License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a B.S. Degree or equivalent knowledge with 5 years experience. Chosen candidate must be proficient in customer connectivity solutions including basic strong presentation skills at all levels, highly organized. Experience working with the following interfaces eClinical Works (eCW), Epic, Centricity andAllscripts preferred but not required. EMR training is a plus with the ability to become certified to train clients on the company's EMR interfaces. Position requires a clean driver's license
Job Description:
Provides onsite support & training for clients for successful interfaces, to include transitioning new and existing EDI clients to begin using their interface as the primary report device. Supports the field sales team by providing guidance on implementing LabCorp connectivity solutions and work collaboratively to resolve customer related interface issues and ways to optimize interfaces not fully utilized.
