Requirements:
License/Certification/Education: Normally requires an A.A. Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent experience of 2 years within the Clinical healthcare discipline. A+ Certification preferred but not required. Candidate must have a firm understanding of TCP and advanced networking. Must be able to navigate and execute command within the following operating systems: Win 98, WIN NT, Win 2k, XP, Vista and Windows 7. Must possess excellent customer service skills and should have field experience tranining customers in the use of software, specifically EMR/EHR. Must have experience working cooperatively with sales organization. Local travel required 95% hence clean driver's license is a must.
Candidates residing in the NY Metro Area preferred since this position will cover these areas.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include installation and service of LabCorp's Client e Products and support customers on the use of company's proprietary software/hardware. In addition, candidate will be required to service and repai all LabCorp's hardware.
