Job Description: Integrated Oncology is currently seeking a Manager to lead the Immunohistchemisry (IHC)/Histology group. The IHC/Histology Lab Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the IHC/Histology/Imaging laboratory and supervision of the technical staff. This includes being responsible for identification and implementation of process improvements and performance management against corporate, departmental and personal goals. Job Description: 
Integrated Oncology, a Laboratory Corporation of America Company, is a national specialty reference laboratory providing state-of-the-art diagnostic oncology services. We provide a comprehensive cancer-testing center in which cytogeneticists work closely with flow cytometry analysts and immunohistochemistry histologist. 
Our full-service laboratories, located in Brentwood, Tennessee and Austin, Texas process approximately30,000samples per year with an emphasis on cancer specimens including a full range of molecular cytogenetic (FISH) testing. Currently, we actively are recruiting for a Cytogenetics technologist specializing in Fluorescence in situ Hybridization (FISH) to work in our Brentwood, Tennessee location. 
Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor&amp;rsquo;s degree,CG(ASCP)CMcertification, a minimum of two years experience performing routine process of specimens for FISH analysis and good interactive skills.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Processing of specimens for FISH analysis including proper use of SOPs, accurately and efficiently processing assigned specimen types.
Performing accurate FISH microscopic analysis and image capture of cells to ensure timely completion of clinical cases exceeding established productivity and quality control standards.
Preparation of FISH samples and processing.
Maintenance of laboratory records including sample analysis documentation.
Participate in QA, QC and QI programs, assist in training of technologist trainees and other laboratory personnel.
Other duties as assigned.
