Job Description: Serves as a liaison in the Contact Center to resolve LabCorp client, patient and branch personnel inquires and problems. Researches, troubleshoots, resolves and documents customer inquiries. Performs a wide variety of administrative duties to support resolution of inquiries and problems. Performs wide variety of client and patient communication via inbound and outbound phone calls.
