Job Description: Supervises the daily functions of 20-25 Patient Service Technicians (Phlebotomist) . Manage the operations of Patient Service Centers and In Office Physician accounts according to established policies and procedures, while ensuring patient satisfaction and established metrics are met. Maintain business partner relationships with both internal and external customers. Manage all internal/external business operational needs including but not limited to; Requests of leave , facilitating and managing employee trainings/certifications, performance reviews, and employee relations.
