Job Description: Functions as a work leader in the department to coordinate workflow. Performs laboratory procedures in accordance with established testing procedures. Prepares diagnostic reports for review by Director or Pathologist. Assists less experienced Cytogenetics Technologists in evaluating results and resolving any technical problem.
