Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, etc., current, unrestricted CA Medical Technologist (Clinical Laboratory Scientist) license, and 2-3 years of experience in a Clinical Laboratory.
Job Description:
The individual will be responsible for performing routine and moderate to complex tests and analyses according to established procedures in the Bakersfield STAT lab, evaluating, new procedures or methods under direct supervision of department supervisor or group leader, and assisting in training and orientation of personnel as assigned.
